Dover Shores, Newport Beach Real Estate Inventory

The Dover Shores community in Newport Beach has very low inventory as of late January 2012. Presently there is only a 3 month supply of inventory, which can definitely help prices to go up. Any time when inventory is under a 6  month supply it is considered a sellers market. 6 months is average and above 6 makes it a buyers market, which we have had for the past 3 years now.

Dover Shores is not the only community in Newport Beach with low inventory. I have seen all over Newport and it is the talk of the town.
