Balboa Island Open House Saturday and Sunday
Is this the view you want to see first thing in the morning? I love walking on Balboa Island in the morning to start my day. This is the view of the canal. This was today, January 7th, beautiful as any other day, but a bit cold. I promise you will not be disappointed if you attend my open house on Balboa Island this Saturday and Sunday. The home I am holding open is worth the trip. It's your typical Balboa Island Beach Home. The home has a main floor bedroom and full bath, the kitchen has been updated and it is gorgeous, the open floor plan and the many windows make this home light and bright perfect for Island entertaining. Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with its own bath and the master has it's own fireplace. This home also features a private patio, which many of the Balboa Island homes do not have. My Open House will be at 211 Pearl from 1-4PM January 10th & 11th. Located near the ferry. Please spend the afternoon at the Island and visit 211 Pearl, go to Marine Ave. have lunch, and take a walk around the island.
Living on Balboa Island is like being on vacation every day. The views are incredible, the cottages are darling, and you can walk to Marine and have coffee, lunch, dinner, or shop till you drop.
