Newport Beach Best Buys

Today a day when many were attending graduations, parties or some kind or celebration, we Realtors had broker preview in Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar. This is something I attend every Thursday and Friday. Today was a beautiful Newport Beach day. So it was especially nice to be out on preview. I came across some of the best buys in Newport Beach and I want to share them with you.

I first visited a community called The Terraces. This is a 55 an over community in Newport Beach. The only one I know of. It is picture perfect! It's proximity to the Corona Del Mar Village and the Ocean are just a couple of the benefits of living there. The homes at the Terraces are top and lower units. They are all one level once you are inside. There's the folks that like the upper units because of their ocean views but there is also the people that like having a small garden and patio area and they prefer to be downstairs. The place I happen to see was a 2bedroom/2bath, with an updated master bath, crown moldings, baseboards, hardwood floors, and a garden patio. It is listed for $1,075,000.

I then went to the Village, on the north side of  Pacific Coast Hwy. I saw a front unit, typical of what you would find in the Village, but this home was especially nice  and highly upgraded, first class all the way. I loved it!!! It does not have any common walls with the rear unit. It has also  been landscaped beautifully. This is a must see! 3 bedrooms/3baths,Panoramic views, brand new! Listed $1,799,000.

In my search for the best buys in Newport Beach, I went to the Yacht Streets also known as Seaview. Here I previewed a home with Ocean views, 2,550 sq. ft., remodeled, in move in condition. Listed at $999,000-$1,199,000. Yes it is BANK Owned. Even in Newport Beach you will find some bank owned properties, something we never thought would happen.

As my day went on I continued to see  more of the best buys in Newport Beach. I couldn't believe how prices in this luxurious neighborhood had dropped.It is time to buy. There will come a day we will look back at this time and wish we would have purchased more real estate in Newport Beach.
