1968- $23,210

1978- $70,890

1988- $168,200

1998- $200,100

2007- $558,100

Pretty impressive. The media continues to bad mouth the real estate market. If you notice who are the people buying these days, it's the ones that missed out last time.  I have noticed investors coming back to purchase and also the wealthy.
