East Side Costa Mesa Featured Home

I started this featured home article last month. Last time I featured a home in the Dover Shores area, but this month I had to do it on East Side Costa Mesa, it's so charming! Many local folks refer to East Side Costa Mesa as "Little Newport". After all its across the street. Also many young families start out in East Side Costa Mesa (my husband and I did) many years ago. Then we moved to Dover Shores. Families use it as a stepping stone before relocating to Newport. Property value in Newport is higher, but you can get more for your money in Costa Mesa. I love the charm of the homes. Most look small from the street, but sometimes you will be surprised at what's inside. So this takes me to the November Featured home. Take a look!

This is what I mean! Absolutely darling!!! This home is 3000 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a giant bonus room upstairs and an office. The master looks out to the best part of the house. It's an indoor/outdoor living room which looks out to an incredible backyard. Now the lighting wasn't perfect and I am not a professional photographer, but look at this room. You can sit and feel like you are outside, yet have all the comfort of being indoors. Close the curtains and it's very private. I went to a Newport Harbor Football party there a few weeks ago and boy was I in for a treat. It's the perfect party house!

See what I mean! I wish it was a better picture. The house was incredible. This home is not for sale. Again these are homes that really stand out. Home owners that take pride in their homes and continue to make the East Side Costa Mesa Neighborhood so desirable.
