Dover Shores/Westcliff Area Feautured Home And Market Activity

I have recently decided to have a featured home in my Real Estate Newsletter and on my website. These homes are not for sale. These are homes in the area that I like and that I feel the home owners have done a great job in maintaining them and in updating. Last month I featured a home in Baycrest. Baycrest is within the same area as Dover Shores and West Cliff. It's sometimes tricky knowing where one area starts and ends.

Please excuse my picture. It wasn't a good day with my camera. But I can assure you this house is darling. The house has an incredible front yard, it's immaculate! I love the bright green door, next to the dark grey shingles it really makes it pop. Look at the windows, I love them also, Ive always liked crank windows. Inside the home Megan the owner has decorated with a more modern motif. The house has a great feel to it. It has 3 bedrooms, a family room that opens up into the kitchen and from the living room and master bedroom you can see the beautiful backyard. The back yard is spacious with a covered patio and plenty of room for a pool and spa, which the Woods hope to someday have.
