Newport Beach Real Estate Market

Are you wondering how the real estate market is doing? That's a question I get asked daily. My reply to that is it depends, whether you are Buying, Selling or Investing. If you are buying real estate it's the perfect time. Even Donald Trump has said a few of years ago he advise his friends not to buy. But since November 2007 he is saying buy all you can!

Real Estate is probably the safest investment you will make and besides it being a great investment, it's your home and you get tax benefits. If you are wondering if it's a good time to sell well, that depends. Are you moving up? If you are, it's a wonderful opportunity for you to buy a better home at a lower price. If you have plenty of equity why not sell? Enjoy your profits! If you are thinking of testing the market, please don't! The homes that are selling are the homes that are priced for todays market. If you over price a home it will just add to the inventory and it won't sell. Or, are you thinking of investing? It's a wonderful time to invest in real estate. If you are investing in real estate, especially Newport Beach Real Estate, hang on to the property and rent it. When the market turns, and it will, you will be so glad you did! It is not the time to flip property, you need to hang on to it.

I remember going through this in the 1990's and I wish I would have purchased more Newport Beach Real Estate at that time. It would have paid off in 2004-2005.
