Living in the Dover Shores area for many years, I have seen prices drop and seen prices go sky high. I must say that this past year has been especially different. Never did I expect to see prices drop so low. Now, I know the market will turn around, but I know it is disappointing for many of us to see what is going on today!

The average price sold in the area for the past 90 days has been $1,432,800. That is unheard of! You use to  barely get in the neighborhood for $1,300,000 and that was for a fixer!!!
