Do You Want to Know the Best Nail Salon on 17th St.Costa Mesa/Newport Beach?
I have found it! "Beauty Quest" located at 440 East 17Th St. Costa Mesa. Living in the Dover Shores area, I am quite close to 17Th street. After all that is one of the perks of living here. I have tried many nail salons on the street and honestly, I can't tell you how many there are total, but I have tried at least 6 of them. Beauty Quest, by far is the best. Their employees are experienced, professional, and courteous. They pride themselves on their customer service, cleanliness, and superior products. Do make an appointment, because of their reputation, you can't always just walk in.
