Newport Heights is a very desirable community, one of the reasons is it's proximity to the ocean. There are about 1000 homes in the area. Homes were built in the 1940's, but since then many have been re-built. You can find elegant homes, cottages, condos, and duplexes. It's proximity to Newport Heights Elementary, Ensign Junior High, and Newport Harbor High School, also make the neighborhood very desirable.

While I was at broker preview today, I came across this charming, traditional Newport Heights home.
