Newport Beach Communities Real Estate update

Newport Beach has many communities. Three of the ones that I specialize in are Dover Shores/Westcliff , Newport Heights, and The Castaways. In all three communities you will find beautiful homes, many of which have been remodeled or rebuilt. In the Castaways some homes have ocean views and it is a gated community. Newport Heights is the closest to the ocean and some homes in that neighborhood also have ocean views. Lastly there is Dover Shores/Westcliff area. This is truly a family neighborhood, with Mariners park and Mariners Elementary close by. Some of the homes in Dover Shores are water front homes and some have great views of the back bay.

All three neighborhoods have award winning schools. There are 2 elementary schools in the area Mariners Elementary and Newport Heights Elementary. All children attend Ensign Junior high and Newport Harbor High School.
