Relocating to Newport Beach?
There are many benefits to living in Newport beach and in the surrounding areas such as Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar, Balboa Island, and Lido Island, just to mention a few. Whether you want brand new neighborhoods, eclectic areas, beach living, or sophisticated homes, you will be able to find them in these areas. If being outside and water sports are your thing definitely Newport Beach is the spot.
Every area has different qualities and a different lifestyle. In Newport Beach communities you will be close to the ocean and you will find more eclectic neighborhoods. The schools are fantastic and you can't beat the weather, shopping, and restaurants. Actually in all the areas mentioned you will find the same.
Newport Coast is the newest area. Referred to as the Pacific Riviera. Building started in the 1980's. Newport Coast is mainly residential, and when you find one of the 2 shopping centers it is luxury at it's finest...
Corona Del Mar living in the Village is definitely a lifestyle. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. This beach community has everything a young sophisticated professional would want and yes if you are sizing down you will also love it! Consisting of mainly condos with front and back units, you will die for. You may wish to move to Harbor View homes in Corona Del Mar and have a view of the ocean, with much bigger homes and lots.
Balboa Island, my favorite! This quaint upscale town has managed to maintain its charm, even though you will find some of the most expensive real estate in Orange county here. Marine Ave, the main street is filled with fun shops and restaurants. The Island is made up of 3 small islands. Little Balboa, Balboa Island, and Collins Island. If you have an opportunity do visit. You can walk around the island in less than hour and the views are exceptional.
Lastly, there is Lido Island. Here is a community for the boating family. Most residents have some kind of floating device. From kayaks to beautiful yachts. Lido Island is also close to beaches and Lido Village for shopping and meals. It has it's own Yacht Club and private beach. Families love living here. It's a wonderful place to raise your children.
Needless to say, I Love Newport Beach and everything it has to offer. For more information contact me, No obligation!
