Make sure you choose a REALTOR who will provide superior service and meet your expectations.

1. How long have you been in residential real estate? Do you work full time? while experience does not guarantee skill, it's a good idea to know what your Realtors experience has been.
2. How many homes have you and your Company sold in the last year? By asking this you will get an idea of their experience.
3. What is your list price to sold price ratio? This will give you a good idea on how skilled the Realtor is at pricing.Keep in mind the real estate market at the present time.
4. What is your business philosophy? While there really isn't a right answer to this, you can see if your goals are the same.
5. What is your average days on market? Did it compare to the overall market?
6. What type of support does your company provide? Having in-house marketing, IT department,legal department, lenders, escrow, and Title will make your transactions go smoothly.
7. How will you keep me informed about the progress of my transaction? How frequently?
8. Could you please give me the names and phone numbers of your 3 most recent clients?
