NEWPORT BEACH FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS
If you are wondering what to do on the Th of July in Newport Beach, here are a few suggestions:
TH ANNUAL NEWPORT DUNES RESORT FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION features games, food, crafts, face painting and more beginning 11 a.m., music accompanying a spectacular fireworks display at 9 p.m. Wednesday, 1131 Back Bay Drive, Newport Beach, $30 per car, 949-729-3863.
For those of you who live in Dover Shores, Westcliff, Baycrest or Eastside Costa Mesa, then you know about the neighborhood parade starting on the corner of Commodore and Mariners. Line up starts at 9:00am and you can join hundreds of kids, and adults walk to Mariners Park and celebrate with Barnaby the Clown. Lots of games, rides and food. Please wear red, white and blue.
Newport Shores Neighborhood Parade. Meet at the Newport Shores Club house at 9:00 am.
This is not in Newport but in our neighbor city, Huntington Beach. It's the biggest 4Th of July Parade in Southern California. It's also an entire weekend of festivities! visit: www.hb4thofjuly.org/
