Balboa Island a great place to live!

If you haven't visited Balboa Island, I suggest you do. That is one of my favorite spots. I try to walk around the island 2-3 times a week. It is extremely peaceful and you will experience incredible views. Homes on the island can vary in price from the high 1 million on up. There is plenty of shopping and you are a ferry ride away from the Balboa Peninsula. Coming soon is the Christmas Boat Parade celebrated each year. I quarantee you wont want to leave if you come visit.
